I am running a N/E and I want to know if I can change her secondary to Monk for a while to test a build and then change it back later?

As much as you want and it resets the attribute points each time on your secondary so mistakes are easy to fix.

In fact once you did all the quest you can switch secondary back and forth by just talking to any of the change-secondary-quest-givers

Doing so will get you back the skills for that profession that you had unlocked or bought with that character only. Meaning you won't lose anything by switching.
